Where a refund is due, it goes back to the way you paid.

Once we approve a refund we process it straight away. How long it then takes to reach you is up to your bank or UPI provider — commonly a few working days, and we can't speed that part up. If it hasn't arrived after that, come back to us with the trip reference and we'll chase it with our payment partner.

Cash payments are refunded to a payment method you nominate, since there's no original transaction to reverse.
