Before anyone can accept a ride on Snapp they must complete identity verification, submit a valid driving licence, and register the vehicle they'll drive with its registration certificate and insurance. Our team reviews each submission, and a captain can't go online until it's approved.

We check that documents remain valid, and a captain whose licence, registration or insurance has expired is taken offline until it's renewed.
