Snapp offers several ride types, and availability depends on your city:

• Bike — the quickest and cheapest way through traffic, for one passenger.
• Auto — a three-wheeler for short and medium trips.
• E-Rickshaw — an electric three-wheeler for short hops.
• Cab (Non-AC) and Cab (AC) — four-wheelers. AC is a guarantee, not a request: only vehicles registered as air-conditioned are dispatched to an AC booking.
• Cab Premium — newer vehicles with top-rated captains.
• XL Cab — more seats for larger groups and luggage.
• Pink — a ride with a woman captain, available to women riders. This requirement is never relaxed: if no woman captain is available, the booking waits rather than being handed to someone else.

Not every type runs in every city. The app only shows you what's actually available where you are.
