Waiting at pickup. Your captain waits 5 minutes free after arriving. Beyond that, a waiting charge of ₹2 per minute applies, because that time is a captain waiting rather than earning.

Delays during the trip. If a trip takes substantially longer than estimated — more than 10 minutes beyond the estimate, or over 1.5× the estimated duration — a delay charge of ₹2 per minute applies to the excess.
