An access pass lets you accept rides for a set period. Passes come in different durations — buy whichever suits how you work.

You need an active pass to go online. If it runs out mid-shift you'll be told, and you can renew from the app in a few taps. Any trip already in progress is unaffected.

Your pass and its expiry are always visible in the Captain app.
