Instead you buy an access pass — a flat subscription for a period — and every fare during that period is yours. Cash you collect is yours immediately; online payments are settled to you.

That means your earnings go up with the work you do, not with a cut that grows as you earn more. The pass price is shown in the Captain app before you buy, and you can see exactly what you've earned in your earnings screen.
