You can add stops when booking. The fare estimate includes a per-stop charge on top of the distance and time, and the route shown to your captain covers every stop in order.

Each stop is a short pause to pick someone up or drop something off — if you need the captain to wait a while, the waiting charge described in "Waiting time and delay charges" applies.
